It's funny how certain photos end up working out. I was staying at a retreat center near Cottonwood Pass and Cottonwood Lake, near Buena Vista. I had the afternoon to enjoy, so I drove up and down looking for some good aspen shots. So after an afternoon of driving hither and yon, where did I end up getting this shot? At the retreat center, about a minute from my room. :)
